That intha avamaanam unakku thevayaanu yosichitu..once the call got over we started playing. 

Junior and me do these voice overs while playing with our animal toys. Yes, we have an entire jungle of animals.

“Adhaan enna kekaren”

“Naanum appolenthu ketutrukenn.. eppo kettalum ippo nu solriye thavira pera solla maatengara. Appo appo name maathipia?”

“aiioooo…. Mokka pasangala…” This time the voice came from wifey. “Ippo rendu perukkum adi vizha poguthu...Eppo thaan school/office open panna poraangalo..Appo thaan enakku nimmadi”

Junior grinned at me and gave an hi-fi. Before she could launch any missile, sangam was kalaichified with immediate effect.

Took binge watching to a whole new level and completed Rudhra Veenai series in a week's time :) The best part of the lot being, i didnt see the last episode to know the ending, despite the craving urge right from midway onto the series. Yay to that :)  The story by Indira Soundrarajan, made into drama series by Radaan have been on my radar for few years now and thanks to my blog mate and good friend Brags, managed to get hold of the series. For long my complaint against tamil series is that they are in no league to match the thrill element of the english drama series. There are some handful of good comedy series like Flight 171, Ramany vs Ramany but none to match a good suspense thriller till i stumbled on the Marmadesam series. Read in some survey that they've been voted as the best ever tamil series of the 90's. Not sure on the authenticity, but they would definitely worth any such accolades. Pirivom Santhippom

After years of waiting, finally i managed to finish reading "Pirivom Santhippom". I so badly wanted to read this novel for so long, but was unable to get the full copy anywhere. Whenever i went to any book shop, i would either not get a copy or will forget to check, remembering it only later. Onlinela there will be only the second portion of the book available and never the complete set. There was a movie, Anantha Thandavam, based on this book and even that movie, i had never seen from start to finish. Always from halfway portion. I thought i was never destined to read this book. Then one fine day finally managed to get the ebook of the entire two parts and promptly forgot where i saved the file!! The verdict would've been out already. Irunthalum blog sambradhaya muraipadi.."Dasavataram" review @gils..Engathukaranum kutchery poituvantha kuraiya saturday anniki naangalum paathomula. Oray varila solanumna...This is one movie which definitely needs a second viewing. It has so many flaws you cant cover them all in one sitting. Kamals list of Magnum Flopus gets one more addition and the budget for each passing movie, indiavoda inflation kanakaa egirikitay poguthu. One cant blame the over hype and delayed release alone for such mega disappointment. However much Kamal tries to fill the movie, with gimmick-a-minute, the much needed story is nowhere.
