Lux in Tenebris

I've been noticing this more recently, possibly because the pattern is repeating across almost every movie or drama series, but it seems to be only getting worse with every other release. The directors are hell bent in proving a point that they are not just making dark themed movies/series but literally want to stamp that message across every frame on screen. The species called light boy is long extinct i guess, for every shot and frame and screen time is filled with nothing but darkness!!! In fact, this approach comes with lot of advantages for the producer and director for they don't have to budge to any threats from actors. All they need to do is set the scene in some dark corner and have a body double perform the scene or just dub it out!! Another advantage is cost wise, there is no need to spend on any light and all those electricity and all the money (pittance actually) they may need to pay for light boys and their association. With more darkness, it forces the audience to literally watch and observe what the hell is going on screen with only the voices to guide. If the scene doesn't warrant any dialogue then it is anyone's guess!! More like abstract art viewers each one form their opinion about the storyline!! Adhennamo solli vachapola all thriller stories are based on what happened in one night or over a period of one day..one hour.. one minute nu ipdiye sollitu suthitrukanunga!! padam edukka enamo years kanakaaguthu but story is based on what happened over a definite period of time!! Adhey story nalla patta pagalla nadantha paakaamaatennu solaporangala!! Illa oru vela ipo vara actorslam avlo mosama acting that if you show any light on their performances people will feel nauseated?!! Enna karumamo!! After OTT's rise, almost every series, is based on night and lunch kooda irutula thaan saapdranunga!! idhuku pesama audio version mattum release panitu poidlam!! podcast pola padam cast!! Idhey pola if they keep releasing movies then paakara audience kannu nollai aagi koodia seekrama censor may start advising against watching movies in general is harmful for eyes!! Torch adichi paathalum kathai enna nu theriakoodathanunnay ipidlam panranga pola!!! Let there be light!!

The Great gamblers

Algorithm of an arranged marriage: 1) Check the foto if like it goto step 2 2) Check the horoscope if it matches goto step 3 3) Visit the gals/guys house for free snack session and have an officially sponsored violation of privacy with the sort of questions that would've made you beet red in anger had the situation been anything otherwise. 4) If step 3 finishes satisfactorily..get the 2 bakras married!!! There are many people around who dont believe in placing bets or who consider gambling as an evil. But still they have no qualms in going in for an arranged marriage. It still beats me..how can one judge a person with just a few minute talk and above all get CONVINCED that he/she is going to be his life partner??!!! Even to select a team mate we have 4 rounds of interview!!! Before you guys jump on me..let me hide behind the disclaimer. I've absolutely no issues with this concept which has worked well for my parents..their parents..relatives...and majority of people i knew and ...

Seasons under sun...

Got this as a forward. Made interesting reading and made lot of sense too :) check it out. Just two years after our marriage, hubby brought up the idea of asking mother to move from the rural hometown and spend her remaining years with us. Hubby's father passed away while he was still very young. Mother endured much hardship and struggled all on her own to provide for him, see him through to a university degree. You could say that she suffered a great deal and did everything you could expect of a woman to bring hubby to where he is today. I immediately agreed and started packing the spare room, which has a balcony facing the South to let her enjoy the sunshine and plant greenery. Hubby stood in the bright room, and suddenly just picked me up and started spinning round and round. As I begged him to put me down, he said: "Lets go fetch mother." Hubby is tall and big sized and I love to rest on his chest and enjoy the feeling that he could pick me up at any moment put the...
