Of Tr(i)ump(h) and disaster

There is a book by Sidney Sheldon called "Doomsday Conspiracy". It is a funky story that involves a worldwide hunt for a group of tourists who happened to witness a balloon crash, which turns out to be a UFO during investigation. The person who is sent to identify the witnesses stumbles upon one clue after another and unearths the whole list of people only to find them mysteriously dead, moments after he passed on information about them to their superiors. In the end it all turns out to be one global conspiracy of a cabal, who control every major decision on earth, when it comes to mooting money making schemes. Be it bypassing legal ways to promote their business or topple governments to push their agenda, voiding any agreement or treaty that comes in their way of exploiting earth's resources for their monetary gain. The aliens who are concerned about the status of earth, decides to make a visit to save the fate of the planet from the clutches of that evil cabal that stretches across continents and involves every major power. The leader of that cabal happens to have a repulsion for environment friendly laws or preserving nature. He is all set to exploit every possible way in which the economic engine can push forward, be it destroying rain forests or bio diversities and he wants to push for an arms race against the aliens who've  contacted the group before itself and have expressed their concern in the way in which this group has been going about destroying the earth. In the end, the aliens kidnap the leader of the cabal and take him away in their spaceship, with the investigator and his team promising a better approach towards safeguarding our planet.

Now, consider the scenario since the last one week with the world's biggest economy moving away from WHO, suspending aids to under privileged countries, cracking down on any country who refuse their dictum with sanction threat, opening up protected spheres for resource exploitation, all in a span of a week. Add to that the deportation and other amendments that they are pushing for, the current leadership is all set to push not just their country but possibly reset the globalization itself as a concept, Be native buy native slogan might have lost its relevance in this era. But with the leader of the supposedly free world pushing for it, breathing life into it once again, world is watching with bated breath, potentially wishing for an alien escapist route!!!

I've a dream...

Ever since i saw "Maama Mia" in HBO..this song has been ringing in my head nonstop. Me a big fan of ABBA. That troupe has a cuteness in all their song..a refreshing sense of jolly music and nice n simple lyrics to top it all. I like most of their songs.."volevouzs","waterloo","I do I do","mama mia".."dancing queen" being the most favourite. But lyricswise..this one is my fav.. I feel its very positive in tone.. I have a dream, a song to sing, to help me cope with anything If you see the wonder of the fairy tale You can take the future even if you fail I believe in angels, something good in everything I see I believe in angels, when I know the time is right for me I'll cross the stream, I have a dream I have a dream, a fantasy, to help me through reality And my destination makes it worth the while Pushing through the darkness still another mile I believe in angels, something good in everything I see I believe in angels, whe...
