watta question it was...i was taken aback for a sec and then decided to make a philosophic answer to tht....

"in a way yes...we all do..

with that i started my lengthy speech on how we look at life....life after death....he looked at me solemnly..for a while. i thought i have drilled home my point so hard tht he felt grave(pun excluded)...

"people warned me tt u r strange..." with tht incomplete sentence he left hastily to pick up the unattended important work...i cud make it out frm the speed with which he left......i cud hear him laafing loudly in his cabin soon aferwards....i found it strange and forgot abt tht incident...

next day morning...my entire team was in a boisterous mood..the moment they saw me..there were whistles and claps...appavithanama i thot we have won a big deal n r celebrating.....suddenly one sincere sigamani asked me...

"so...u dint die yesterday?"...u shd've listened to the roar which followed...i cudnt understand the joke behind the statement...even tht sotta thalayan who asked me the question yesterday was all smiles.....

later during lunch break i asked one saga kadamai veeran as to wat the joke was all about... it was all due to one spelling mistake..... antha sottaiyan ketathu 'dye'...u dye everydaynu ketruku......

seri..Arasiyalla ithellam sagajamappa....( manasukkulla..enna kodaumaida ithu :( ..)

Long awaited movie. The expectations went up manifold after watching the trailors. Selvaraghavan is one of the few directors whose movies people flock to see just for his skill alone. This movie was no less. Right from the title, it sounded a magnum opus. Five minutes into the movie, you can feel that.."wow..this looks different". One thing, it didnt seem your normal tamil movie at all. More like an Indiana jones movie. I can boldly put my neck on the block and say that the first half of the movie, is something you would've never seen in entire tamil cinema history. It has THE BEST adventure sequence to have been visualised EVER in a tamil movie. I was simply amazed at that stone henge sequence and the nataraja shadow. It was simply..WOW. That one single scene has so many inbuilt sequences and logic that it was awesome. The cholas creating the hurdle in such a way that you've to be in the shadow of God (Nataraja, Chola's favourite deity) else get swallowed by bott...
