Tears in heaven

Eric clapton would have sung it on a different tune...Yesterday was another sad day on the history of Mumbai..some heartless creatures let out mayhem on the suburban trains..for a change the news channels decided to leave out the gore of the situation and concentrated on helping the victims in communicating..nice deed..i really dont understand the motive behind such terrorist attacks...wat do they think??if they detonate a few bombs.. a country of 100 crore people will beg before them and offer watever these misguided wrongly motivated soulless creatures demand on a platter? NEVER is the answer. And it should be told loud and clear so that those deaf ears can hear.

In a recent mock survey Mumbai was voted 35th in etiquette and courteousness..the people who did the survey shd've seen the mumbiakars yesterday in action..strangers giving lift to stranded people...offering their mobiles so that the passengers of those ill fated trains can communicate...queuing up at hospitals to donate blood...autowallahs dropping people at their places for free...We should salute the spirit of Mumbaikars...harder they are hit...tougher they become and get up with more vigour and strength..whether its natural calamity like last years rains..or heartless brutual attacks like this...their spirit is undying and only grows more in strength...

Its high time the people who encourages such acts realise that with terror they can only get back what they are sowing..however just their cause is. I used to have my reservations on capital punishment..feel even the gruesome of deaths is a minmal punishment for people who have done such a dastardly act.

dude.. i am not being cruel or anything.. but i feel.. the problem lies within our country when it comes to enthusing terrorism...

of course, i sound pretty negative when i fault ourself rather than faulting the fanatics who did this.. but you see.. any problem has two parties primarily.. and when the problem remains unsolved both the parties have to take the blame..

The way I see it, the problem is mostly home-grown. There is a distinct lack of development in minority muslim community. Only if more stress could be placed on development of this community by politicians/bureaucrats/muslim community leaders, events like this would not have happened for sure.

cmonda...with this argument only all these goddamn reservatin stuff came in...and innumum vittu kudkanumna kastam...ennada improvement venum...ethila paathalum reservation..enna pannalum minorityngara blanket...even in movies they got their say over wat shd be shown and not...every single goddamn party is after their vote..nee solrathu.i guess is based on the fact tht there is no visbile high profile leader/growth...may be the political bigwigs want to keep a clamp on them for their benefit...therilada...but for the sake of growth if anyone decide to kill or try to instill fear on others..they better be prepared for the consequences...foundation series padichirukiya..by Asimov...athila Prelude to Foundation padichu paar...guess our country is like a sample for the entire world..we have all the riches all the resources and all the problems happening in the world...inga kidakara solutiona may be we can use it universally..for ex. non voilence...tho many may have resevations against it..the main reason why we werent thrown into a bloddy civil war was due to tht weapon..to think tht a politican needs an entire team of black cats to go to his office(read parliment) while comman men die for want of security is the irony we have achieved in 59 years of independence :(

dude.. the way i look at it..
when one is rich ..

one can forfeit some money for rest..
or
one can always say, the rest dont deserve this wealth..

its really fantastic predicament da.. sometimes we are willing to give sometimes we are not willing ...

remember reading Lee Iacocca's book sometime back.. in which he said "when i am broke i think like a democrat(someone who thinks like a socialist/communist i.e state should look after its citizens). when i am wealthy i think like a republican(someone who thinks like a capitalist i.e state cannot act as a charity organization)"

let me know what you feel about the two examples i gave i.e the rich one and the iococca one..

forfeit!!!watta preposterous word...guess this shd suffice for quote one...democrat and republican...both points are crystal clear BS..i might sound like a socialist..but there shd always be a balance...reservation came in with this disguise...but slowly ate up its lil moral reason and grew into a vote bank monster...any policy...democratic or repulican...is not for the party which is framing it.but for the people who have voted them to power...and not just for them..but also for those who dint vote in favour and also for those who dint bother to vote at all..ithai manasila vachindu frame pannaanganna urupada chance iruku

i think democracy is basically a faulty system. I am not sure whether there are any better alternatives available for this.. :-(

majority is always right in democracy.. and majority always calls the shots.. so, you could be right but if you are in a minority then.. no use.. you will be rolled-over by this huge bandwagon called democracy..

its nothing but collective dictatorship...instead of one man its a group misusing and abusing the power...cmon man...when u need a traffic signal to restrain u frm breaching the basic of senses...u can't blame those folks with power..they are nothing but us....corruption is something like...LOVE...if someone elses kids get married fallin in love..ppl will support...if it happens in their own house...u knw wat will happen (epdida bidda...enna oru analogy...ennamoda!!!)..same thing with corruption..wen we have to bypass the queues and have to get the license quickly tht time the hundreds we pay doesnt bother us..but wen the same thing hits back on a bigger scale on a later date no point in crying...
